그녀는 샤를 뒤투아, 데이비드 로이드 존스, 구스타보 두다멜, 데이비드 애글러, 마우리치오 베니니, 존 네슬링, 정명훈, 호세 프로렌시오, 가브리엘 슈무라, 야체크 카스프치크, 카지미에시 코르드, 얀 크렌츠, 저지 마시미욱, 그제고시 노바크, 크시슈토프 펜데레츠키, 스타니슬라브 스크로바쳅스키, 안토니 비트와 같은 세계적인 지휘자들과 함께 연주했다. 또한 그녀는 ‘브라티슬라비아 칸탄스’ 페스티벌, 비드고슈치의 오페라 축제, 국제적인 현대 음악 축제인 '바르샤바 가을’, 프랑스의 카르카손의 오페라 페스티벌, 아일랜드의 웩스포드 오페라 페스티벌, 페자로의 로시니 오페라 페스티벌 등 이탈리아에서 여러 축제에 참여했다.

이보나 호싸는 영광스럽게도 11년 동안 크시슈토프 펜데레츠키의 칸타타와 오라토리오에 협연한 소프라노이기도 하다.

2008년 크시슈토프 펜데레츠키의 스타바트 마테르와 2009년 우트레냐 등 그녀가 참여한 음반은 2차례 그래미 어워즈의 후보로 오르기도 하였다. 또한 그녀는 BBC에서 제작한 아우슈비츠에 대한 음악기록영화 ‘홀로코스트’에 출연했으며, 이는 2005년 국제 에미상을 수상한 바 있다.

2012년에 그녀는 크시슈토프 펜데레츠키의 누가수난곡 (DVD)과 7번 교향곡–예수살렘의 7번째 문 (CD) 등을 녹음했다.

Soprano Iwona Hossa

Iwona Hassa is one of the most prominent sopranos of her generation. Iwona Hossa has won many prizes including Grand Prix and Gold Medal at Maria Callas International Singing Competition in Athens. Her vocal artistry was admired in numerous places all over the world, always fascinating the audience and gaining the respect of critics.

She has worked with such conductors as Charles Dutoit, David Lloyd-Jones, Gustavo Dudamel, David Agler, Maurizio Benini, John Neschling, Myung Whun Chung, Jose Florencio, Gabriel Chmura, Jacek Kaspszyk, Kazimierz Kord, Jan Krenz, Jacek Kaspszyk, Jerzy Masymiuk, Grzegorz Nowak, Krzysztof Penderecki, Stanisław Skrowaczewski, Antoni Wit. She has taken part in several opera festivals, including International Festival 'Vratislavia Cantans', Opera Festival in Bydgoszcz, International Festival of Contemporary Music 'Warsaw autumn', opera festival in Carcassonne in France, the Wexford Opera Festival in Ireland, Rossini Festival in Pesaro in Italy.

Iwona Hossa has an honour to cooperate with Maestro Krzysztof Penderecki for eleven years and her repertoire includes all of Maestro’s cantata and oratorio pieces.

She also made numerous CD recordings – EMI Classic – St. Moniuszko - The Hounted Manor, Naxos Recording – K. Szymanowski Stabat Mater ( Grammy Awards 2008 Nomenee) or K. Penderecki Utrenja ( Grammy Awards 2009 Nomenee). She took part in the BBC production of Holocaust, A Music Memorial Film from Auschwitz, which was honoured with International Emmy Award in 2005.

In 2012 she has been done some more recordings with K. Penderecki Passio et Mors Domini Nostri jesu Christi Secundum Lucam (DVD) and VII Symphony - Seven Gates of Jerusalem (CD).
