하피스트 김지인은 8살 때 하프를 시작하여 예원학교와 서울 예고, 서울대학교를 졸업하였고 미국 신시내티음악대학교에서 전액장학금을 받고 전문연주자과정을 졸업하였다. 서울대학교 음악대학 콩쿨, 음악저널 콩쿠르, 월간음악콩쿨에서 1위를 하였고 2005년 일본 소카 하프 국제콩쿨 성인부분에서 3위를 하였다. 서울시향, KBS 교향악단, 평창페스티벌 오케스트라, 아시아 필하모닉 오케스트라, 통영국제음악제 페스티벌 오케스트라 등 국내 주요한 오케스트라와 앙상블과 많은 활동을 하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 한국 투어를 온 마린스키 오케스트라, 헝가리 죄르 필하모닉 오케스트라, 핀란드 라흐티 심포니 오케스트라, 무직 콜레기움 빈터투어, 쾰른 챔버 오케스트라에서 객원연주자로 참여하였다.
Harpist Jiin Kim
Harpist Jiin Kim began playing the harp at 8 and continued her studies in Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School, and Seoul National University. And she received her Artist Diploma from University of Cincinnati with Harpist Sella Gillian Benet as she had a full scholarship. She got the 3rd prize in professional division at the Soka International Harp Competition in 2005 and won the 1st prize at Seoul National University Music Competition, the Journal of Music Competition. She has performed with major orchestras and ensembles including Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, KBS Symphony Orchestra, the Great Mountain Music Festival Orchestra, Asia Philharmonic Orchestra, Tongyeong International Music Festival Orchestra. Not only she is in demand with Korean ensembles, Jiin Kim performed International visiting orchestras including Mariinsky Orchestra, Lahti Symphony Orchestra, Gyor Philharmonic Orchestra, Music Collegium Winterthur, Cologne Chamber Orchestra.
